Will McCranie - It Ain’t Like Georgia
I give you week 1 of the 52/52 Project: “It Ain’t Like Georgia.” I debuted an unfinished version of it at Joe’s Underground for TurkeyFest in Augusta and recorded the finished version in my PJ’s at my apartment in Queens. I think it’s a fitting start, hope you enjoy.
For the audio geeks out there, I used a “live at home” type setup: RCA out off my live mixer to capture the rhythm guitar/vocals live together as one track, and did a quick overdub of a lead track. The guitars are all direct input and I used a cheap AKG condenser for the vocals.
